"As a kid growing up my parents used Custom Water Refining so naturally when I bought my own house I started using them too. It's always hard to travel and not have soft water and I can really tell a difference in my skin and hair.
Terry is so kind and helpful, and John their delivery driver is amazing as well. Salt of the earth kind of people with this company. I highly recommend!"

"When I called them I had good fortune that Terry was in the area and he literally came within a 1/2 hour to replace my reverse-osmosis under sink filter. Took him no time and it works perfectly now. Reasonably priced too."

"They were $600 cheaper than one other quote I got. Would have been $1000 cheaper if I wanted the conditioner. Terry was a pleasure to deal with and got it installed in less than an hour the day after I got the quote. Highly recommend."
